I have to begin by saying that I started out with YTB - Your Travel Biz. I love the product TRAVEL - I love the concept of working from home in my own business and I love network marketing which allows the ability to train others and be rewarded for training.
I thought I finally found the perfect mix with YTB - Not true! There was something just not right at YTB; not only did I start noticing that I was associated with some people making supposedly good incomes where they would only see the $$$$ and not even bother to train and pass on the knowledge to people they promised to help. That is what many people came up against.
I was in the club "Coaches Corner" and was working to achieve step by step towards their position as Director. Fact is: the problem was the compensation program itself: a program not user friendly for average people that want to make some money or just simply get their investment back in due time. Secondly, a system where training went by the way-side. People caught up in the hype of referring people and not getting them started right into a system that could have been successful for many more people.
I love the product: Travel. I attended YTB's on-line classes created by Marc Mancini himself. I was ecstatic that YTB had hired a top notch trainer in the travel industry: Marc Mancini himself designing classes for YTB.. Check this out! I love the travel business! I used to work for an airline and I used to work for Princess Cruises. I come from a travel background. At YTB, I couldn't understand why people were not taking advantage of the training for travel or were not interested in learning about it. Most people would say, "if you can point your finger towards your screen - you can make money."
